Last week, our Director of GMP Projects Pennie Soutar and GMP Validation Officer Theodore Hutchings visited Portsmouth to complete a key step in closing out one of our recent GMP projects. They conducted a face-to-face lessons learned session with several stakeholders who were involved in the project, including the end user team, ourselves and the contractor Cleanroom & Containment Facilities Limited.
This is a vital process for both organisational and individual development, enabling us to provide the best support for our clients moving forward. Pennie and Theo took the opportunity to celebrate our successes and learn from any challenges that were encountered.
